Aimed at experienced movers, this improvisation class with dance artist Oscar Li focuses on storytelling through physicality. it aims to encourage questions, not answer them, about intention, connection, authenticity and how we can channel a sliver of reality into an abstract form, investing the whole of the body and the mind in our movement. There will be a strong focus on finding complexity and varied energies to expand the language of the body while also serving as a meditative time to connect to movement and to others.
