In this workshop with dance artist and teacher Benji Knapper we will aim to equip the body with various ways to move throughout space, exploring momentum and speed in order to find virtuosic movements and unlock the joy of dancing. Attention will be brought to our ability to be soft in order to find moments of activation and then release. Benji draws upon Cunningham and Release techniques whilst aiming to push stamina and physicality so as to create flow. This will be a fun, friendly and sweaty class! Aimed at experienced movers.
