In this guided improvisation class with choreographer, director and Company Wayne McGregor Dancer, Jordan James Bridge, we will start by checking in with our breathing and alignment prior to moving on towards the focus of imagery and sensation as a stimulus, bringing a deeper understanding of why and for what purpose you are moving. This therefore helps the artists explore various pathways and flow systems to generate a broader movement vocabulary and dynamic interplay. Expect to be challenged, sweat and pair up with bodies to explore ideas together!
