The session will involve guided meditation, breathwork, progressive movement sequences and end in Shavasana - a well deserved lie down with an extra guided deep relaxation meditation (yoga Nidra). Open to all abilities, orientations and relationship statuses. All exercises are optional and variations are encouraged.
