This dance training workshop with multidisciplinary dancer and choreographer Mathilde Lin will focus on how to tell a story with movement. Mathilde’s interests focus on how to move with clear intentions, with a purpose. She believes that digging into our imagination and finding a story to tell is the key to enriching our movement vocabulary, it’s also the way to create something meaningful and generous. During the class we will start by a soft warm up, taking time to connect with our physical and emotional state, we will then dive into our imaginations and use this to improvise and create together. The training is open to all levels of movers.
